USCi is seeking a Marketing Communications manager to oversee the company’s digital, print, tradeshow, and customer focused marketing activities.  This role will support our Sales Team’s efforts on lead generation and brand building, coordinating with the resources of an outside PR firm to broadcast USCi’s value proposition to power designers around the globe.


Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Manage and contribute to content creation process (company blog, case studies, landing pages etc.) for inbound marketing strategy
Work with 3rd party agency to manage social media presence, directing all strategy and content.
  • Manage and update website content management system (CMS).
  • Work with 3rd party agency to create, maintain, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other search or social media platforms.
  • Own all Email Marketing efforts, including list management, email copy and content, campaign execution, and analytics.
  • Create weekly and monthly marketing reports that accurately measure digital marketing activity and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and agency to create new product messaging, key selling features, competitive analysis and promotional programs, and, maintain/update  product content, messaging, promotions, advertising.
  • Understand and develop market positioning, product applications.
  • Provides sales support: Coordination of product, brochures, promotional materials for sales training and shows; coordination of special promotion printing and artwork for agencies.
  • Collateral management (product literature, flyers, spec sheets, etc).



  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business or Communications
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Experience managing third-party vendors
  • Experience managing or collaborating with Partners
  • Highly organized with the desire and ability to effectively track projects from start to finish
  • Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with CRM applications ( preferred)
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and manage deadlines.
  • Familiarity with electronics/technical marketing a plus.
