440VAC/800VDC 2kW PFC

The 440VAC – 800VDC Power Factor Correction Board is a hard switched single phase PFC. It is designed to demonstrate the efficiency of the UnitedSiC SiC standard drive FET and diode products for three phase systems.

Efficiency vs. Switching Frequency (Po=1.65kW)

Per the data, the efficiency of the silicon carbide UJC1210K cascode (VGS: 0 to 12 V) from 25 kHz to 150 kHz (98.55% @ 25 kHz / 97.87% @ 150 kHz) has a delta of 0.68%.
